What happens, in order.
You tell us what you need
A few questions on the product page: where it's going, when you need it, how many, which colour, how you'd like it branded, and your logo. That's the whole brief.
No phone tag. No three-day email thread to start the conversation.
Your quote opens in front of you
Four pages, built while you wait: your product with your logo on it, the technical spec for how it will be decorated, an itemised price with the GST spelled out, and a timeline running against the date you gave us. Nothing is held back for a follow-up call.
For most of the range the mockup is right there. Where the decoration needs a human eye, the letter says so and we finish it by hand with your proof.
You change whatever you want
Wrong colour, wrong size, wrong product, second thoughts about the whole thing — say so. A $1 refundable deposit puts a person on it, and there is no limit on the rounds.
Rework is free. The $1 is refundable. Nothing is locked in and nothing is made.
Nothing is made until you say so
When you're happy, you confirm. We hand-build your proof, you approve it, and only then does anything reach the production floor.

We make it and ship it
Your run is made to the maker's own published schedule, then sent tracked to your door anywhere in New Zealand. Both dates are on the quote you were looking at before you spent anything.
Production dates are firm — the supplier publishes them. Processing and delivery we quote conservatively, so the date is one we can keep.

Per unit and in total, with GST on its own line. Product, branding, design help, rework and setup are all in it — and one flat freight number for the whole order.
Part 4
YOUR TIMELINE
Every stage dated against the deadline you gave us, and told straight when it's tight — with the firm dates marked apart from the estimates.
